1、各傳動齒輪、減速箱、鏈條等是否按規(guī)定加足潤滑油；

1. Whether all transmission gears, reduction boxes, chains, etc. are fully lubricated as required;

2、攪拌筒運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，襯板、葉片、沒有松動現(xiàn)象

2. The mixing drum operates stably, and the lining plates and blades are free from looseness

3、傳動部分聲音是否正常，減速箱、軸承是否有發(fā)熱或漏油現(xiàn)象；

3. Whether the sound of the transmission part is normal, and whether the reduction gearbox and bearing have heat or oil leakage;

4、傳送帶松緊度是否合適，傳動鏈條中部下沉不得大于20mm；

4. Whether the tightness of the conveyor belt is appropriate, and the middle of the drive chain should not sink more than 20mm;

5、鋼絲繩有無較大磨損，連接是否牢固；

6、制動器和離合器性能是否良好，制動片是否磨損嚴(yán)重，需不需要更換。

日常維護(hù)工作：

Daily maintenance:

按照規(guī)定在每一次主機啟動時給攪拌機軸端密封定時加油，以保證油封結(jié)構(gòu)長期正常運轉(zhuǎn)；

Oil the shaft end seal of the mixer regularly at each start of the main engine as required to ensure the normal operation of the oil seal structure for a long time;

檢查其他的加油點如各轉(zhuǎn)動、轉(zhuǎn)動輪和軌道等是否需要加油。

Check whether other refueling points such as rotating wheels, rotating wheels and rails need refueling.

檢查易損部件，如襯板、葉片、攪拌臂等，及時調(diào)整或更換。

Check vulnerable parts, such as lining plate, blade, mixing arm, etc., and adjust or replace them in time.

保養(yǎng)機體的清潔，機體上的污物和障礙物。

Maintain the cleanness of the body and remove dirt and obstacles on the body.

檢查各潤滑處的油料及電路和控制設(shè)備，并按要求加注潤滑油。

Check the oil, circuit and control equipment at each lubrication point, and add lubricating oil as required.

攪拌一體車運轉(zhuǎn)過程中，應(yīng)隨時檢聽電動機，減速器，傳動齒輪的噪聲是否正常，溫升是否過高。

During the operation of the mixer truck, check whether the noise of the motor, reducer and transmission gear is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high.
