自動上料攪拌車在正常情況下,攪拌時間到零后攪拌機會自動卸料,但是在生產(chǎn)過程中按下了操作臺上的暫停按鈕后到了攪拌時間,攪拌機沒有卸料。這時候要先檢查自動上料攪拌車的卸料門上的電磁閥,看電磁閥是否損壞,電磁閥損壞了卸料門就會打不開,攪拌機自然不會卸料,需要對電磁閥進行檢修。
Under normal conditions, the mixer will discharge automatically when the mixing time reaches zero. However, when the pause button on the operation platform is pressed in the production process, the mixer will not discharge when the mixing time is reached. At this time, first check the solenoid valve on the discharge door of the automatic feeding mixer to see if the solenoid valve is damaged. If the solenoid valve is damaged, the discharge door will not open, and the mixer will not discharge naturally, so the solenoid valve needs to be overhauled.
若不是電磁閥的故障時就需要檢查操作臺上的暫停按鈕是否按下,若沒有按下就按下。若操作臺上的按鈕也沒有問題就需要檢查計算機的監(jiān)控界面,看監(jiān)控界面上的禁止出料控制是否被激活,若被激活立即取消。若以上都沒有問題就是混凝土攪拌機壞掉了,就需要對攪拌機進行檢查。

If there is no problem with the button on the console, you need to check the monitoring interface of the computer to see if the no discharge control on the monitoring interface is activated. If it is activated, it will be cancelled immediately. If there is no problem above, the concrete mixer is broken, so we need to check the mixer.
