注意事項(xiàng)：

1、各傳動(dòng)齒輪、減速箱、鏈條等是否按規(guī)定加足潤(rùn)滑油；

1. Whether all transmission gears, reduction boxes, chains, etc. are fully lubricated as required;

2、攪拌筒運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，襯板、葉片、沒(méi)有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象

2. The mixing drum operates stably, and the lining plates and blades are free from looseness

3、傳動(dòng)部分聲音是否正常，減速箱、軸承是否有發(fā)熱或漏油現(xiàn)象；

3. Whether the sound of the transmission part is normal, and whether the reduction gearbox and bearing have heat or oil leakage;

4、傳送帶松緊度是否合適，傳動(dòng)鏈條中部下沉不得大于20mm；

4. Whether the tightness of the conveyor belt is appropriate, and the middle of the drive chain should not sink more than 20mm;

5、鋼絲繩有無(wú)較大磨損，連接是否牢固；

5. Whether the steel wire rope is severely worn and firmly connected;

6、制動(dòng)器和離合器性能是否良好，制動(dòng)片是否磨損嚴(yán)重，需不需要更換。

日常維護(hù)工作：

Daily maintenance:

按照規(guī)定在每一次主機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)給攪拌機(jī)軸端密封定時(shí)加油，以保證油封結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)期正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；

Oil the shaft end seal of the mixer regularly at each start of the main engine as required to ensure the normal operation of the oil seal structure for a long time;

檢查其他的加油點(diǎn)如各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)輪和軌道等是否需要加油。

Check whether other refueling points such as rotating wheels, rotating wheels and rails need refueling.

檢查易損部件，如襯板、葉片、攪拌臂等，及時(shí)調(diào)整或更換。

Check vulnerable parts, such as lining plate, blade, mixing arm, etc., and adjust or replace them in time.

保養(yǎng)機(jī)體的清潔，清除機(jī)體上的污物和障礙物。

檢查各潤(rùn)滑處的油料及電路和控制設(shè)備，并按要求加注潤(rùn)滑油。

攪拌一體車(chē)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中，應(yīng)隨時(shí)檢聽(tīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)，減速器，傳動(dòng)齒輪的噪聲是否正常，溫升是否過(guò)高。
