As long as the new concrete mixer truck is used for the first two years, as long as routine maintenance is carried out, basically there will be no problem. 一、不定期的更換攪拌車發(fā)動機潤滑油

1、 Change the engine lubricating oil of mixer truck irregularly

一般情況下，廠家會要求用戶在行駛5000-1.5萬的時候更換潤滑油，而增壓攪拌車發(fā)動機車型則要求在行駛5000的時候更換，如果攪拌車不怎么開或者一直處于停駛狀態(tài)，每半年更換一次機油。當然，如果司機所處的環(huán)境以及油品質量都還不錯，可以適當?shù)难娱L換油周期和時間。

Under normal circumstances, the manufacturer will require the user to change the lubricating oil when driving 5000 km-15000 km, while the supercharged mixer engine model requires changing the lubricating oil when driving 5000 km. If the mixer does not drive very well or is always in the stop state, the oil should be changed every six months. 二、不定期更換機油濾芯

機油濾芯的作用就是過濾雜質，因此要與機油一同更換。如果不更換的話，機油得不到過濾從而導致攪拌車發(fā)動機內(nèi)部零件因機油中的雜質加速磨損。

The function of oil filter element is to filter impurities, so it should be replaced with oil. If it is not replaced, the oil can not be filtered, resulting in accelerated wear of internal parts of the mixer engine due to impurities in the oil.

三、不定期更換攪拌車空氣濾芯

3、 Change air filter element of mixer truck irregularly

如果濾芯阻塞嚴重，將使進氣阻力增加，攪拌車發(fā)動機功率下降。同時由于空氣阻力增加，也會增加吸進的汽油量，導致混合比過濃，從而使攪拌車發(fā)動機運轉狀態(tài)變差，增加燃料消耗，也容易產(chǎn)生積炭。平時應該養(yǎng)成經(jīng)常檢查攪拌車空氣濾清器濾芯的習慣。

四、不定期更換攪拌車剎車油

4、 Change the brake oil of mixer irregularly

剎車油有一個特點就是會吸收空氣中的水份，而攪拌車剎車液壓系統(tǒng)必須要讓剎車油與大氣相通才能正常運作，久而久之剎車油就會吸入水份，在高溫下轉成氣泡，當攪拌車剎車油路中出現(xiàn)氣泡，剎車效能就會下降。所以剎車油是要根據(jù)氣候、運行環(huán)境、季節(jié)變化及工況等及時檢查其質量性能按時更換的。

One of the characteristics of brake oil is that it can absorb water in the air. The brake hydraulic system of mixer truck must make the brake oil communicate with the atmosphere in order to operate normally. Over time, the brake oil will absorb water and turn into bubbles under high temperature. When bubbles appear in the brake oil circuit of mixer, the braking efficiency will be reduced. Therefore, the brake oil should be timely inspected according to the climate, operating environment, seasonal changes and working conditions, and its quality and performance should be timely replaced.

一般建議：每兩年或者行駛5萬的時候更換，而在選擇和更換剎車油的時候也要切記：不同類型的剎車油不要混合使用。由于配方不同，混合剎車油會造成剎車油指標下降。

五、不定期更換攪拌車防凍液

5、 Change the antifreeze of mixer truck irregularly

防凍液長時間不換，其中的防腐、防銹和防垢功能將會降低，這樣會造成攪拌車冷卻系統(tǒng)故障甚發(fā)生銹蝕。一般來說，防凍液一般每1.5年-2年更換一次。

If the antifreeze solution is not changed for a long time, its anti-corrosion, anti rust and anti scaling functions will be reduced, which will lead to the failure of the mixer cooling system and even corrosion. Generally speaking, the antifreeze is replaced every 1.5-2 years.
