上料攪拌車的動力由二類底盤全功率取力器輸出通過傳動軸把動力傳給液壓泵，液壓泵產(chǎn)生液壓能通過油管傳到液壓馬達(dá)。

液壓馬達(dá)把液壓能轉(zhuǎn)化為動能并通過減速機(jī)減速增扭傳遞到攪拌罐，通過調(diào)節(jié)（雙作用變量）液壓泵的伺服手柄角度達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)攪拌罐正反轉(zhuǎn)和轉(zhuǎn)速的大小，以及完成砼裝料、攪拌、攪動、出料等作業(yè)的目的。
