自動上料攪拌車在進行維修的時候有很多地方容易被忽略,下面我們就看看是哪幾方面。

一、二者之間的自鎖系數(shù)變小、自鎖性能下降。在攪拌車高速行駛時,螺栓螺母很容易松動乃脫落,從而引發(fā)行車事故。不要用水沖洗車身,因為夏天氣溫高,很多司機選擇用水沖洗車身,在拿干凈的抹布擦拭,但其實車身內(nèi)部是不能用水來沖洗的。因為駕駛室內(nèi)地板膠墊的下面可不是“一馬平川”,結(jié)構(gòu)上的需要使駕駛室地板膠墊下面的凹槽、通孔很多。

Because the bottom of the floor mat in the cab is not flat, there are many grooves and through holes under the floor mat in the cab due to the need of structure.
用水沖洗后,要么沉積在凹槽內(nèi)不易干燥,要么從通孔處流到變速箱等部件上產(chǎn)生銹蝕。尤其是密封性能較好的轎車不能用水直接沖洗車身內(nèi)部。

正確的方法是用濕抹布擦拭,但要避免積水。不同的冷卻液不要混合使用不同的冷卻液其化學(xué)性能可能相差懸殊,比如對黑色金屬有用的防腐劑,卻常常對鋁制品有腐蝕作用;而適用于鋁臺金的防腐劑則對鐵合金有害。由于不同的冷卻液所用的防腐劑不同,所以不能混合使用。

二、啟動時不要踩油門:啟動攪拌車發(fā)動機前踩幾腳油門,是許多攪拌車駕駛員的習(xí)慣,尤其是在冬季冷車啟動時。裝有電控噴油裝置的攪拌車發(fā)動機與普通化油器式發(fā)動機不同,它的噴油控制裝置能根據(jù)攪拌車發(fā)動機的溫度、工況自動調(diào)整供油量,使攪拌車發(fā)動機順利啟動,即在冷車啟動時,噴油控制裝置能自動增加供油量。所以,攪拌車發(fā)動機啟動時,沒有必要踩油門,更不要在啟動前連續(xù)急踩,否則反而使攪拌車發(fā)動機啟動不好。
2、 Don't step on the accelerator when starting: it's the habit of many mixer drivers to step on the accelerator before starting the mixer engine, especially when it's cold in winter. The mixer engine equipped with electronic control fuel injection device is different from the ordinary carburetor engine. Its fuel injection control device can automatically adjust the fuel supply amount according to the temperature and working condition of the mixer engine, so that the mixer engine can start smoothly. That is to say, the fuel injection control device can automatically increase the fuel supply amount during the cold start. Therefore, there is no need to step on the accelerator when the mixer engine starts, let alone continuously step on it before starting, otherwise, the mixer engine will not start well.
三、不要給自動上料攪拌車的輪胎螺栓螺母涂油在車輪維修中,少數(shù)司機為了防止攪拌車的車輪上螺栓螺母生銹,安裝時別出心裁地將螺栓螺母都涂上潤滑油,殊不知這種做法不僅錯誤,而且給攪拌車行車帶來的隱患。螺栓和螺母擰緊后,相互間具有自鎖的特性。
