Every accessory will have some problems when it is used for a long time. How to repair it after it is damaged?

一，液壓系統(tǒng)或發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)故障的處理：

1、 Troubleshooting of hydraulic system or engine:

（1）打開(kāi)自動(dòng)上料攪拌車混合管檢查孔蓋，松開(kāi)電機(jī)上高壓軟管的管接頭，旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌筒，使攪拌筒的混合孔向下傾斜，排出混凝土攪拌筒的混合孔；

(1) Open the inspection hole cover of the mixing pipe of the automatic feeding mixer, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum, make the mixing hole of the mixing drum tilt downward, and discharge the mixing hole of the concrete mixing drum;

（2）從電機(jī)上拆下故障車輛的高壓軟管，連接高壓軟管進(jìn)行救援，將另一端連接到救援車的油泵，并將應(yīng)急回油管的末端連接到故障車輛的電動(dòng)機(jī)?；赜凸艿牧硪欢诉B接到救援車的油泵返回口，救援車用于控制故障車混合滾筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)。

(2) Remove the high-pressure hose from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, and connect the end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor of the fault vehicle. The other end of the oil return pipe is connected to the oil pump return port of the rescue vehicle, which is used to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the fault vehicle.

我們的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn)，對(duì)于生產(chǎn)工廠中的所有工具，使用方法二大約需要1小時(shí)。如果施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的時(shí)間可能更長(zhǎng)，建議使用方法一排出坩堝。

Our field test found that for all the tools in the production plant, it takes about 1 hour to use method 2. If the construction site time may be longer, it is recommended to use method I to discharge the crucible.

二，電機(jī)故障：操作相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單，救援車的電機(jī)可以拆除故障車，然后將各種油管連接起來(lái)，啟動(dòng)救援車可以將混合鼓內(nèi)的痰液排出。

2、 Motor failure: the operation is relatively simple, the motor of the rescue vehicle can be removed, and then all kinds of oil pipes can be connected, and the sputum in the mixing drum can be discharged by starting the rescue vehicle.

簡(jiǎn)而言之，對(duì)于自動(dòng)上料攪拌車，當(dāng)發(fā)生故障時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)判斷故障原因，并在故障之前采取有效措施排出自動(dòng)上料攪拌車中的缺陷。
