ABS system, namely anti lock braking system, is mainly composed of controller, solenoid valve, wheel speed sensor, ring gear, instrument alarm light, etc. When the car is braking, ABS system makes full use of the adhesion of the wheel to make the wheel in a good braking state, shorten the braking distance, ensure the stability of the braking direction of the car, and prevent the vehicle from sideslip and deviation.

當(dāng)ABS系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，主要有以下幾種檢查方法：

When the ABS system fails, there are mainly the following inspection methods:

一、檢查混凝土攪拌車(chē)的駐車(chē)制動(dòng)是否完全釋放。

1、 Check whether the parking brake of concrete mixer is released completely.

二、檢查制動(dòng)儲(chǔ)液罐液面是否符合說(shuō)明書(shū)的規(guī)定。

2、 Check whether the liquid level of the brake reservoir meets the requirements of the manual.

三、檢查所有的制動(dòng)管路有無(wú)損壞變形和泄漏跡象。

3、 Check all brake lines for damage, deformation and leakage.

四、檢查防抱死系統(tǒng)的所有熔斷絲是否完好,導(dǎo)線是否破損,插座是否牢固。

4、 Check whether all fuses of anti lock system are in good condition, whether the wires are damaged and whether the sockets are firm.

五、檢查蓄電池容量和電壓是否符合規(guī)定,正負(fù)極導(dǎo)線的連接是否可靠。

5、 Check whether the capacity and voltage of the battery meet the requirements, and whether the positive and negative wires are reliably connected.

六、檢查防抱死系統(tǒng)、ECI_I插接器連接是否牢靠。

6、 Check anti lock system and ECI_ I. whether the connector is firmly connected.

七、檢查電路連接處是否腐蝕、損壞、松脫或接觸不良,ABS的各搭鐵線搭鐵是否可靠。

7、 Check whether the circuit connection is corroded, damaged, loose or in poor contact, and whether the grounding wires of ABS are reliable.

八、檢查輪胎是否符合要求。

8、 Check whether the tire meets the requirements.

九、檢查混凝土攪拌車(chē)的車(chē)輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)有無(wú)阻滯,輪轂軸承間隙是否正常。

9、 Check whether the wheel rotation of concrete mixer is blocked and whether the hub bearing clearance is normal.
