油嘴不霧化，油泵柱塞彈簧和彈簧座斷裂，卡死不工作，或是柴油內(nèi)有水。拆下油嘴總成檢查開啟壓力和霧化，如果油嘴總成正常，可讓用戶用干凈柴油裝入壺中用油路旁接法進(jìn)行試驗。打開自動上料攪拌車油箱開關(guān)，拆下輸油泵進(jìn)油管，看油流情況，如果油流很快，說明正常，如果油流時斷時續(xù)查油路。
