自動(dòng)上料攪拌車裝運(yùn)攪拌好的混凝土?xí)r，攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速為2-10轉(zhuǎn)/分，在運(yùn)送過(guò)程中，平整路面上攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速保證在2-3轉(zhuǎn)/分，行進(jìn)在側(cè)傾斜度大于50的路面，或擺布晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應(yīng)中止攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)，待路況好轉(zhuǎn)后再攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)。起動(dòng)之前，應(yīng)把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“中止”方位。起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)后，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在低速下滾動(dòng)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可作業(yè)。
