(1)運(yùn)用緊急制動(dòng)過(guò)多。在山區(qū)行進(jìn)，下坡運(yùn)用緊急制動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)單形成前鋼板的開裂。由于采納制動(dòng)時(shí)，自上料攪拌車的大部分載質(zhì)量前移，由前鋼板繃簧承受，這樣簡(jiǎn)單形成鋼板繃簧的疲勞而折斷。主張選用排氣制動(dòng)，少用緊急制動(dòng)。

(1) Too much emergency braking. In the mountain area, the use of emergency braking downhill, simple formation of the front plate cracking. When the brake is adopted, most of the loading mass of the self feeding mixer moves forward and is borne by the front steel plate tension spring, so the steel plate tension spring is easily broken due to fatigue. It is suggested that exhaust brake should be used instead of emergency brake.

(2)前輪制動(dòng)調(diào)整過(guò)緊，假如后輪制動(dòng)效能差或許俄然出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，采納緊急制動(dòng)，使前鋼板繃簧受到太大的沖擊而開裂。

(2) The front wheel brake adjustment is too tight, if the rear wheel brake efficiency is poor, maybe suddenly there is a problem, adopt the emergency brake, so that the front steel plate tension spring is too big impact and cracking.

(3)路面欠好、超載、快速行進(jìn)，使前鋼板繃簧受沖擊力太大，簡(jiǎn)單形成開裂。

(3) The poor road, overload and fast moving make the front steel plate spring suffer too much impact force and crack easily.

(4)前鋼板繃簧由于常常超載，運(yùn)用過(guò)久，彈性和剛性降低，疲勞而開裂。

(4) The front steel plate tension spring is often overloaded and used for a long time, so its elasticity and rigidity are reduced, and it is cracked due to fatigue.

(5)更換了質(zhì)量欠好的鋼板繃簧，其葉片的彎曲度不符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，鋼板原料欠好或熱處理欠好，形成受力不均而開裂。

(5) After replacing the steel plate tension spring with poor quality, the bending degree of the blade does not meet the standard, the raw material of the steel plate is not good or the heat treatment is not good, resulting in uneven stress and cracking.

為了避免自上料攪拌車的前鋼板繃簧榜首、二片開裂，主張選用以下方法：

(1)準(zhǔn)時(shí)檢查和保養(yǎng)，保證鋼板繃簧杰出的潤(rùn)滑，正確調(diào)整車輛的制動(dòng)。

(1) Check and maintain on time to ensure excellent lubrication of steel plate tension spring and correct adjustment of vehicle braking.

(2)少選用緊急制動(dòng)，多選用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣制動(dòng)，裝載均勻，不偏，不超載。

(2) Less use of emergency brake, more use of engine exhaust brake, load evenly, not biased, not overload.

(3)換用前鋼板葉片時(shí)，要選用高質(zhì)量的，保證其彎曲度符合規(guī)定，用山東繃簧廠和重慶繃簧廠出產(chǎn)的鋼板繃簧。

(3) When replacing the front steel plate blade, it is necessary to select high-quality steel plate to ensure that its bending meets the requirements. The steel plate tension spring produced by Shandong tension spring factory and Chongqing tension spring factory shall be used.

(4)自上料攪拌車在不平路面行進(jìn)、下坡行進(jìn)，應(yīng)操控(混泥土拌和車)車速，4方自上料攪拌車，彎道行進(jìn)，轉(zhuǎn)彎不能太急。

(4) When the self loading mixer is moving on the uneven road or downhill, the speed of the mixer should be controlled. The price of the 4-square self loading mixer should be adjusted. When the mixer is moving on the curve, the turning should not be too fast.
