1.自動(dòng)上料攪拌車的換向閥不能換向或者換向動(dòng)作緩慢,一般是因潤滑不良、彈簧被卡住或損壞、油污或雜質(zhì)卡住滑動(dòng)部分等原因引起的。此時(shí),我們應(yīng)先檢查油霧器的工作是否正常,潤滑油的粘度是否合適。必要時(shí),應(yīng)更換潤滑油,清洗換向閥的滑動(dòng)部分,或更換彈簧和換向閥。

2.自動(dòng)上料攪拌車的換向閥經(jīng)長時(shí)間使用后容易出現(xiàn)閥芯密封圈磨損、閥桿和閥座損傷的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致閥內(nèi)氣體泄漏,閥的動(dòng)作緩慢或不正常換向等故障。此時(shí),需要更換密封圈、閥桿和閥座,或?qū)Q向閥換新。

3. 如果在額定電壓下?lián)Q向閥不能正常換向,則應(yīng)檢查電磁圈的接頭是否松動(dòng)或接觸不實(shí),檢查方法:拔下插頭,測量線圈的阻值(一般應(yīng)在幾百歐姆幾千歐姆之間),如果阻值太大或太小,說明電磁線圈已損壞,需要更換。
