However, the self-locking coefficient between them becomes smaller and the self-locking performance decreases after applying lubricating oil. When the self feeding mixer runs at high speed, the bolts and nuts are easy to loose or even fall off, which leads to the driving accident of the self feeding mixer.

不要用水沖洗車身

內(nèi)部夏天到了，常見私家車主們一邊用水沖洗車身，一邊用抹布擦拭，在此要提醒攪拌車司機的是：車身內(nèi)部不要用水直接沖洗。因為駕駛室內(nèi)地板膠墊的下面可不是“一馬平川”，結(jié)構(gòu)上的需要使駕駛室地板膠墊下面的凹槽、通孔非常多。用水沖洗后，要么沉積在凹槽內(nèi)不易干燥，要么從通孔處流到自動上料攪拌車變速箱等部件上產(chǎn)生銹蝕。尤其是密封性能較好的自動上料攪拌車更不能用水直接沖洗車身內(nèi)部。正確的方法是用濕抹布擦拭，但要避免積水。

不同企業(yè)的冷 卻液不要混合使用

誰都知道自動上料攪拌車發(fā)動機冷 卻液不足時應及時添加，但司機是否把不同企業(yè)的冷 卻液溫在一起使用了呢?如果是，勸司機還是趁早把冷 卻液放掉，重新添加同一企業(yè)的冷 卻液。因為不同企業(yè)的冷 卻液其化學性能可能相差懸殊，比如對黑色金屬有 用的防腐劑，卻常常對自動上料攪拌車鋁制品有腐蝕作用;而適用于鋁臺金的防腐劑則對鐵合金有害。由于不同企業(yè)的冷 卻液所用的防腐劑不同，所以不能混合使用。

啟動自動上料攪拌車發(fā)動機前踩幾腳油門，是許多駕駛員的習慣，尤其是在冬季冷車啟動時。但這種啟動方法卻不適用于電噴轎車。裝有電控噴油裝置的自動上料攪拌車發(fā)動機與普通化油器式發(fā)動機不同，它的噴油控制裝置能根據(jù)發(fā)動機的溫度、工況自動調(diào)整供油量，使自動上料攪拌車發(fā)動機順利啟動，即在冷車啟動時，噴油控制裝置能自動增加供油量。所以，自動上料攪拌車發(fā)動機啟動時，沒有必要踩油門，更不要在啟動前連續(xù)急踩，否則反而使自動上料攪拌車發(fā)動機啟動不好。
