Mixing truck and metering system cannot be missing in the concrete mixing plant. Without the metering system, all links of the concrete mixing plant will become very troublesome. All kinds of raw materials need to be weighed first and then mixed, which will waste a lot of time and manpower. Therefore, the metering system also needs regular maintenance.

1.攪拌車，所有軟連接的紅膠管和稱量斗中的波紋管在自然狀態(tài)時不受拉力，否則會影響稱量精度。

1. The mixer truck, all soft connected red rubber hoses and bellows in the weighing bucket will not be subject to tension in natural state, otherwise the weighing accuracy will be affected.

2.攪拌車，傳感器安裝好后，只能承受正壓力(對于懸臂式或壓式傳感器)或正拉力(對于s型或拉式傳感器)，不能承受扭矩。

2. After the sensor is installed, the mixer truck can only bear positive pressure (for cantilever or pressure sensor) or positive tension (for S-type or pull sensor), but can not bear torque

3.攪拌車，對于同一桿稱， 其傳感器(3個或4個)必須同型號同規(guī)格。因此安裝傳感器時一定要檢查其銘牌上的內(nèi)容是否一致，不同規(guī)格的傳感器其外型有可能相同。

3. For the mixer truck, for the same rod scale, its sensors (3 or 4) must be of the same model and specification. Therefore, when installing the sensor, be sure to check whether the contents on the nameplate are consistent. The appearance of sensors of different specifications may be the same.

4.攪拌車，在稱量斗上進(jìn)行電焊作業(yè)時，必須斷開控制電源，并將傳感器短接或把電焊機的地線直接搭在稱量斗上，避免焊接時過大的電流通過傳感器而將其損壞。

4. When electric welding is carried out on the weighing bucket of the mixer truck, the control power supply must be disconnected, and the sensor must be short circuited or the ground wire of the electric welding machine must be directly laid on the weighing bucket to avoid damage caused by excessive current passing through the sensor during welding.

5.攪拌車，撾式傳感器(s型)安裝好后，需擰緊鎖緊螺母，懸吊螺桿不能質(zhì)住傳感器槽型根部，即懸吊螺桿與型傳感器槽型根部應(yīng)留有10mm左右的間隙

5. After the installation of Lao type sensor (s type) in the mixer truck, the lock nut shall be tightened. The suspension screw cannot hold the groove root of the sensor, that is, there shall be a gap of about 10mm between the suspension screw and the groove root of the sensor
