一、 混凝土攪拌樓電腦操作工必須嚴(yán)格遵守公司的一切規(guī)章制度。

二、 嚴(yán)禁將本公司的砼配合比資料及原材料對(duì)外泄露，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)堅(jiān) 決給予開(kāi)除

2、 It is strictly prohibited to disclose the concrete mix proportion data and raw materials of the company. Once found, it shall be resolutely dismissed

三、 每次開(kāi)機(jī)前，必須對(duì)攪拌機(jī)檢查是否正常，查看交接班記錄， 巡視一切正常后方可開(kāi)機(jī)。

3、 Before starting up each time, check whether the mixer is normal, check the shift handover record, and start up only after everything is normal.

四、 操作工開(kāi)工前必須對(duì)操作室預(yù)熱，然后打打鈴3次，每次不得 少于3秒。

4、 The operator must preheat the operation room before starting work, and then ring the bell for 3 times, each time not less than 3 seconds.

五、 嚴(yán)格按配合比單正確操作電腦，不能隨意更改配合比單，如需 更改必須由試驗(yàn)室人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督簽字。

5、 Operate the computer correctly in strict accordance with the mix proportion sheet, and do not change the mix proportion sheet at will. If it needs to be changed, it must be signed by the laboratory personnel on site.

六、 嚴(yán)格按調(diào)度規(guī)定的指令發(fā)出信號(hào)，即：生產(chǎn)前、裝料前、裝料 后發(fā)出鈴聲。

6、 Send signals in strict accordance with the instructions specified by the dispatcher, i.e. ring before production, before loading and after loading.

七、 正常工作2小時(shí)，操作工必須巡視攪拌機(jī)，清理攪拌機(jī)。

7、 When working normally for 2 hours, the operator must patrol the mixer and clean it.

八、 若有聽(tīng)到異響或聞到異味必須立即停機(jī)，及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)。

8、 If you hear abnormal noise or smell peculiar smell, you must stop the machine immediately and report to the superior in time.

九、 危險(xiǎn)部位維修或搶修時(shí)，必須停機(jī)后把操作臺(tái)上控制鑰匙交到 施工人員手中，并且操作工在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督。

9、 In case of repair or emergency repair of dangerous parts, the control key on the console must be handed over to the construction personnel after shutdown, and the operator shall supervise on site.

十、 密切注意操作臺(tái)上各種數(shù)據(jù)的變化，發(fā)現(xiàn)有異常情況及時(shí)通知 相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行故障排除。

10、 Pay close attention to the changes of various data on the console, and timely notify relevant personnel for troubleshooting in case of abnormalities.

十一、 操作工報(bào)廢料時(shí)，必須由主管導(dǎo)同意，查看原因所在， 并如實(shí)填寫(xiě)材料報(bào)廢登記表

11、 When the operator reports the waste, he must be approved by the supervisor, check the reason, and truthfully fill in the material scrap registration form

十二、 操作室嚴(yán)禁吸煙，設(shè)備要求清潔，嚴(yán)禁無(wú)關(guān)人員進(jìn)入操作 室，如有違章按公司處罰條例執(zhí)行。

12、 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the operation room. The equipment shall be clean. Irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the operation room. In case of violation, the punishment regulations of the company shall be implemented.

十三、 操作室內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁放與生產(chǎn)無(wú)關(guān)的東西，嚴(yán)禁在電腦上玩游戲 或光盤(pán)；電腦上所有設(shè)置不允許隨意改動(dòng)。

13、 It is strictly prohibited to put anything irrelevant to production in the operation room, and it is strictly prohibited to play games or CDs on the computer; All settings on the computer are not allowed to be changed at will.

十四、 不裝料時(shí)，操作員嚴(yán)禁離開(kāi)自己的崗位，保證崗不離人， 如有違章按公司離崗條例處罰。 十五、 操作時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)有明顯的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，應(yīng)及時(shí)停機(jī)，由試驗(yàn) 室來(lái)確定。

14、 When not loading, the operator is strictly forbidden to leave his post and ensure that he will not leave his post. If there is any violation, he shall be punished according to the company's regulations on leaving his post. 15、 If obvious product quality problems are found during operation, the machine shall be shut down in time and determined by the laboratory.

十六、 做好相關(guān)工作時(shí)必須以為前提，確認(rèn)后方可開(kāi)工。

16、 Safety must be taken as the premise when doing relevant work, and the construction can be started only after confirming safety.

十七、 保持?jǐn)嚢铇呛筒僮魇艺麧嵭l(wèi)生，收工時(shí)必須對(duì)攪拌機(jī) 清洗，所有電源必須切斷，門(mén)窗鎖好、關(guān)嚴(yán)。

17、 Keep the mixing plant and operation room clean and tidy. The mixer must be cleaned at the end of work. All power supplies must be cut off, and the doors and windows must be locked and tightly closed.

十八、 認(rèn)真做好攪拌樓生產(chǎn)記錄及原材料消耗情況。

18、 Carefully make production records and raw material consumption of the mixing plant.

十九、 認(rèn)真完成組長(zhǎng)交給的臨時(shí)工作任務(wù)。

19、 Earnestly complete the temporary tasks assigned by the team leader.

二十、 及時(shí)配合機(jī)修工對(duì)設(shè)備的維護(hù)、檢修等工作
