(1)發(fā)動機預熱時的檢查部位：檢查油泵有無異常聲音；檢查液壓馬達有無異常聲音；檢查減速器有無異常聲音；檢查水泵是否正常轉(zhuǎn)動；檢查攪拌筒的進料回轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，能否進行正常的工作回轉(zhuǎn)。

(1) Inspection parts during engine preheating: check whether the oil pump has abnormal sound; check whether the hydraulic motor has abnormal sound; check whether the reducer has abnormal sound; check whether the water pump rotates normally; check whether the feeding rotation of the mixing drum is normal and whether the normal working rotation can be carried out.

(2)檢查輔助卸料槽的鎖扣、卸料槽的鎖柄、防轉(zhuǎn)手柄是否鎖緊。

(2) Check whether the lock catch of auxiliary discharge chute, lock handle of discharge chute and anti rotation handle are locked.

(3)發(fā)動機預熱前的檢查：檢查液壓油的存儲量。(檢查油位的存儲器)；檢查減速器的潤滑油有無泄露；檢查液壓系統(tǒng)的液壓油有無泄露，各接頭部位是否有滲漏現(xiàn)象；檢查操縱裝置的操縱手柄是否置于停止位置；檢查各連接緊固件不能有松動現(xiàn)象。

(3) Check before engine preheating: check the storage of hydraulic oil. (check the oil level memory); check whether the lubricating oil of the reducer leaks; check whether the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system leaks and whether there is leakage at the joints; check whether the control handle of the control device is at the stop position; check that the connecting fasteners are not loose.

一、建議在油溫為60℃左右放油;每次換油完畢，需檢查連接螺栓的緊固情況;檢查結(jié)束，需要用扭矩扳手重新緊固一下所有與變速箱連接的螺栓;每月需檢查一次油位。注意：分體減速機匹配的泵、馬達中的油品為46號抗磨液壓油。

1、 It is recommended to drain the oil at the oil temperature of about 60 ℃; after each oil change, check the fastening condition of the connecting bolts; after the inspection, re tighten all the bolts connected with the gearbox with a torque wrench; check the oil level once a month. 二、發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速不允許過高，轉(zhuǎn)速由慢到快應慢慢增加，啟動前2min攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速不宜超過18r/min，對帶水泵取力口的減速機初次運行轉(zhuǎn)速不宜超過15r/min，因為發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速過高會損壞變速箱。

2、 The engine speed is not allowed to be too high, and the speed should be increased slowly from slow to fast. The speed of mixing drum should not exceed 18r / min 2 minutes before starting. The speed of reducer with water pump power take-off should not exceed 15R / min for the first time, because too high engine speed will damage the gearbox.

三、按不同的使用期限，應對減速機做以下例行保養(yǎng)：

變量泵、馬達換油：次換油時間為新車使用500個工作小時，同時更換原裝專用濾油器;第二次換油時間為車輛再次工作2000個工作小時后，同時更換專用濾油器;以后為每2000個工作小時或一年，只要滿一年不管工作了多少個小時，必須換油，同時更換專用濾油器;換油時系統(tǒng)管路切勿打開，只需將油箱的油放干凈，同時也可以打開泵、馬達殼體泄油口放油，然后將新的油品倒入油箱中，加油時要注意排空系統(tǒng)中的空氣;不同企業(yè)的油嚴禁混用。
