發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作前期，水溫上千很快;當(dāng)水溫表指示80后，升溫速度減慢，則標(biāo)明節(jié)溫器工作正常。反之，若水溫一貫增加很快，當(dāng)內(nèi)壓抵達(dá)一定程度時(shí)，沸水俄然溢出，則標(biāo)明主閥門有卡滯，俄然翻開。在水溫表指示70℃-80℃時(shí)，翻開散熱器蓋和散熱器放水開關(guān)，用手感其水溫，若均扎手說明節(jié)溫器工作正常;若散熱器加水口處水溫低，且散熱器上水室進(jìn)水管處無水流出或流水甚微，說明節(jié)溫器主閥門無法翻開。有卡滯或關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)的節(jié)溫器應(yīng)拆下清洗或批改，不可姑息運(yùn)用。

On the contrary, if the water temperature always increases rapidly, when the internal pressure reaches a certain degree, boiling water suddenly overflows, indicating that the main valve is stuck and suddenly opens. When the water temperature gauge indicates 70 ℃ - 80 ℃, turn on the radiator cap and radiator drain switch, feel the water temperature by hand. If both hands are tight, the thermostat works normally; if the water temperature at the radiator water inlet is low, and there is no water outflow or little water flow from the water inlet pipe of the radiator upper water chamber, it indicates that the main valve of the thermostat cannot be opened. If the thermostat is stuck or not closed tightly, it should be removed for cleaning or correcting, and should not be used with palliative care.

運(yùn)用溝通法，拆下發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的空氣濾清器，假定此時(shí)自動(dòng)上料攪拌機(jī)主張機(jī)排出的不是黑煙，那說明是空氣濾清器有嚴(yán)重的阻塞，應(yīng)消弭阻塞或許變換濾芯，變換新的濾芯效果非常好。因?yàn)榘l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)噴油泵和調(diào)速器調(diào)整不恰當(dāng)，使油嘴的噴油量太大，逾越了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的每個(gè)循環(huán)噴油數(shù)量，或許是有對(duì)比嚴(yán)重的后滴油現(xiàn)象等，構(gòu)成供油量過大。

翻開散熱器加水口蓋，若散熱器內(nèi)冷卻水安靜，則標(biāo)明節(jié)溫器工作正常，否則，則表明節(jié)溫器工作異常。這是因?yàn)椋谒疁氐陀?0℃時(shí)，節(jié)溫器脹大筒處于縮短情況，主閥門關(guān)閉;當(dāng)水溫高于80℃時(shí)，脹大筒脹大，主閥門逐步翻開，散熱器內(nèi)循環(huán)水初步活動(dòng)。

Open the radiator filler cap. If the cooling water in the radiator is quiet, it indicates that the thermostat is working normally; otherwise, it indicates that the thermostat is working abnormally. This is because when the water temperature is lower than 70 ℃, the expansion cylinder of the thermostat is in the condition of shortening, and the main valve is closed; when the water temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the expansion cylinder expands, the main valve gradually opens, and the circulating water in the radiator is initially activated.

用自動(dòng)上料攪拌車過程中，遭受心小碰而沒有及時(shí)批改，漆面呈現(xiàn)金屬面顯露的現(xiàn)象，在這段時(shí)間更應(yīng)勤加間斷漆面清洗，否則就會(huì)加劇“傷口”處的受傷水平?？墒牵滞饬羯?，漆面清洗很有必要，但補(bǔ)漆工作，就應(yīng)盡量防止選擇在濕潤時(shí)期間斷。
