1、蓄電池的保養(yǎng)檢查

檢查蓄電池固定是否牢固，電解液應(yīng)在上限和下限之間，接近下線時應(yīng)及時補加電解液或蒸餾水位線。保持蓄電池正負電纜接觸良好，并保持蓄電池清潔干燥。放置時間較長的自動上料攪拌車要摘下蓄電池的正負極電纜，相隔半個月左右重新接線起動發(fā)動機約20分鐘后，如果電量明顯不足要及時充電。

Check whether the battery is fixed firmly. The electrolyte should be between the upper limit and the lower limit. When it is close to the lower line, the electrolyte or distillation water level should be added in time. Keep the positive and negative cables of the battery in good contact and keep the battery clean and dry. The positive and negative cables of the storage battery should be removed for the long-time automatic feeding mixer, and the wires should be rewired about half a month later. After starting the engine for about 20 minutes, if the power is obviously insufficient, it should be charged in time.

2、輪胎的檢查

每月應(yīng)在常溫下檢查一下輪胎氣壓，如果低于正常標準應(yīng)及時補充輪胎氣壓。氣壓不能過高或過低，否則影響駕駛的性。檢查輪胎的龜裂情況，存在---時應(yīng)及時更換輪胎。選用輪胎時，應(yīng)使之型號一致。

The air pressure should not be too high or too low, otherwise the driving safety will be affected. Check the tire for cracking and replace the tire in time if it is safe. 3、離合器總泵液面的檢查

離合器液面介于高、低液面間則表示正常，如果低于標準線，則可能是總泵或分泵皮碗損壞。在發(fā)動機運行狀態(tài)下將出現(xiàn)掛檔難或無法掛檔的現(xiàn)象，請即時到就近的維修站檢修。

If the clutch liquid level is between high and low, it means that it is normal. If it is lower than the standard line, it may be that the master cylinder or the cylinder cup is damaged. When the engine is running, it will be difficult or impossible to shift. Please go to the nearest maintenance station immediately for maintenance.

4、制動液面的檢查

制動也在高、低位之間則表示正常。如果制動液接近下限或低于下限則，表示系統(tǒng)中可能有泄漏或制動蹄片磨損過多，應(yīng)及時到維修站進行檢修。補加制動液時，要注意加同一種型號的制動液，防止損壞皮碗，注意保護好油漆防止腐蝕漆面。

5、發(fā)動機冷卻液液面檢查

發(fā)動機在熱機狀態(tài)時，千萬不要打開散熱器蓋，否則可能會被濺出的冷卻液或高溫蒸氣燙1傷。等發(fā)動機冷卻后，檢查冷卻液的液面應(yīng)處于滿位和低位之間，否則應(yīng)加蒸餾水或純凈水或冷凍液，加水后的液面高度不能超過滿位。如發(fā)現(xiàn)短時間內(nèi)冷卻液減少的很快，應(yīng)檢查冷卻系統(tǒng)是否有泄漏或到維修站去檢查
