During transportation, the mixing drum will always keep rotating to ensure that the concrete will not solidify. After the concrete is transported, the inside of the mixing drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from occupying space.

自動上料攪拌車的散熱器在使用過程中，會因腐蝕和積垢等原因影響冷卻效果。清洗散熱器，去除水垢，是恢復(fù)散熱器的散熱能力的有效方法。車用柴油機(jī)進(jìn)行維護(hù)時，須清洗發(fā)動機(jī)的冷卻系統(tǒng)。若水垢不多，可用水強(qiáng)力沖洗。此時散熱器和發(fā)動機(jī)水套的沖洗應(yīng)分開進(jìn)行。

Cleaning the radiator and removing scale is an effective way to restore the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator. When the vehicle diesel engine is maintained, the cooling system of the engine must be cleaned. If there is not much scale, it can be washed with water. At this time, the radiator and engine water jacket should be washed separately.

預(yù)先將節(jié)溫器拆下，并將汽缸蓋上出水彎頭的旁通孔堵塞，用專門的沖洗槍，在供入水的同時，供入壓縮空氣，則沖洗效果較好。沖洗水流的方向應(yīng)和發(fā)動機(jī)工作時，水的循環(huán)方向相反。為減少水垢，在冷卻系統(tǒng)中盡量是添加軟水;在低溫下使用，盡量添加防凍液。

Remove the thermostat in advance, block the bypass hole of the outlet elbow on the cylinder head, and use a special flushing gun to supply water and compressed air at the same time. The direction of flushing water flow should be opposite to that of water circulation when the engine is working. In order to reduce scale, soft water should be added to the cooling system as far as possible; antifreeze should be added to the cooling system as far as possible when it is used at low temperature.

如果自動上料攪拌車的散熱器水垢較多，則應(yīng)采取化學(xué)除垢劑清洗。即利用酸或堿類物質(zhì)與水垢的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，生成可溶于水的物質(zhì)將水垢。清洗時，盡量采用循環(huán)法，即先用酸性溶液洗滌，再用堿性溶液沖洗中和。清洗時，除垢劑以一定的壓力(一般為10l(Pa)，在汽缸體水套或散熱器內(nèi)循環(huán)，一般經(jīng)3～5min后即可清洗完畢。清洗散熱器時，清洗水套、散熱器的溶液和清洗方法。

If the radiator of automatic feeding mixer has more scale, chemical detergent should be used for cleaning. That is to say, the scale can be removed by the chemical reaction of acid or alkali substance with scale to produce water-soluble substance. When cleaning, try to use circulation method, that is, first wash with acid solution, and then wash with alkaline solution for neutralization. When cleaning, the descaling agent circulates in the water jacket or radiator of the cylinder block at a certain pressure (generally 10L (PA)) and can be cleaned after 3-5min. When cleaning the radiator, clean the water jacket, radiator solution and cleaning method.
