(1)卸料殘余率和葉片設(shè)計的不合理。從攪拌筒的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)看,自動上料攪拌車的拌筒是依靠回轉(zhuǎn)的筒體帶動其中的兩條螺旋葉片所產(chǎn)生的螺旋運動,使混凝土獲得既有“切向”又有“軸向”的復合運動,從而使攪拌筒具有攪拌和卸料的功能,因此形成這一螺旋運動的有關(guān)因素,諸如螺旋葉片的曲線參數(shù),攪拌筒的幾何形狀和尺寸等對攪拌車的卸料殘余率都有重要影響。而過大的卸料殘余率意味著攪拌車在卸料結(jié)束后在自動上料攪拌車里會有更多的余料,因而更有可能因日積月累在攪拌罐中粘料。目前大多數(shù)廠家采用的是等角對數(shù)螺旋線葉片,在卸料殘余率上還有很大的改進空間。

The excessive discharge residual rate means that there will be more surplus materials in the automatic feeding mixer after the discharge, so it is more likely to stick in the mixing tank due to accumulation over time. At present, most manufacturers use equiangular logarithmic spiral blade, and there is still a lot of room for improvement in discharge residual rate.
(2)自動上料攪拌車工作環(huán)境溫度過高。夏季在南方地區(qū)白天中午前后,環(huán)境溫度經(jīng)常超過30℃,在這種情況下運輸混凝土,將會由于混凝土坍落度損失快以及罐體周圍溫度相對中心更高,因而混凝土更容易粘罐。
(2) The working environment temperature of automatic feeding mixer is too high. In summer, around noon in the daytime in southern China, the ambient temperature often exceeds 30 ℃. In this case, due to the rapid slump loss of concrete and the higher temperature around the tank, the concrete is easier to stick to the tank.
(3)運輸距離過長。隨著城市化的進程及城市規(guī)劃的要求,越來越多的攪拌站被要求遷到郊區(qū)和郊縣,與市區(qū)的距離越來越遠,而由于混凝土這一產(chǎn)品的特殊性,任何預拌混凝土在未添加緩凝劑的情況下,都在1h左右進入初凝狀態(tài),如果這時才進行混凝土澆注施工,不但影響混凝土的工程質(zhì)量,而且因混凝土失去流動性,易在攪拌筒及葉片上凝結(jié),導致粘罐,嚴重時甚整車混凝土粘在罐內(nèi)及造成液壓設(shè)備的損壞,所以自動上料攪拌車運送預拌混凝土有其時間控制的輸送半徑,一般應(yīng)控制在1h以內(nèi)。
(3) The transportation distance is too long. Due to the particularity of concrete, any premixed concrete without adding retarder will enter the initial setting state in one hour, It not only affects the engineering quality of concrete, but also because of the loss of fluidity of concrete, it is easy to coagulate on the mixing drum and blades, resulting in sticking to the tank. In serious cases, even the whole vehicle of concrete sticks to the tank and causes damage to the hydraulic equipment. Therefore, the automatic feeding mixer truck has its time controlled conveying radius for transporting premixed concrete, which should be generally controlled within 1h.
(4)使用維護不當。自動上料攪拌車駕駛員在攪拌車卸料完畢后未及時清理清洗攪拌罐內(nèi)及葉片上殘留的混凝土,在攪拌車回站過程中不轉(zhuǎn)動攪拌罐,殘留的混凝土干燥后凝固在拌筒及葉片上,以后就會越聚越多,形成粘罐現(xiàn)象。
(4) Improper use and maintenance. The driver of the automatic feeding mixer fails to clean the residual concrete in the mixing tank and on the blades after the unloading of the mixer, and does not rotate the mixing tank when the mixer returns to the station. The residual concrete solidifies on the mixing drum and blades after drying, and then it will gather more and more, forming the phenomenon of sticking to the tank.
