5、減少損失先卸料：如果遇到人為因素或者不可抗因素，導(dǎo)致長時(shí)間無法卸料的情況，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)混凝土開始凝結(jié)，在報(bào)備負(fù)攪拌責(zé)自動上料攪拌車防止粘罐的方法人之后立刻進(jìn)行卸料，以防整個(gè)罐體報(bào)廢。

5. 6、攪拌罐一定要仔細(xì)地沖洗干凈。洗罐子時(shí)一定要仔細(xì)的沖洗干凈，并把水反復(fù)的正反轉(zhuǎn)兩次，再放出來，然后一趟時(shí)把水箱的水全部放進(jìn)罐子，再回到站加水清洗罐子。
