1.將自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)變速器控制閥拆掉（對(duì)組裝好的變速器應(yīng)在裝控制閥之前）；

2.順次給變速器各油孔通人0.6一0.8MPa的氣體，若某一個(gè)孔通人氣體時(shí)，聽(tīng)到"嘭"的一聲且無(wú)漏氣聲或漏氣聲很小進(jìn)口計(jì)量泵，則闡明與之對(duì)應(yīng)的離合器活塞與缸筒間的密封杰出；

2. Successively fill each oil hole of the transmission with 0.6-0.8mpa gas. If a "bang" sound is heard when a hole is filled with gas, and there is no air leakage sound or the air leakage sound is very small, the corresponding sealing between the clutch piston and the cylinder barrel shall be clarified;

1.可能是拌和主機(jī)進(jìn)水管與沖水方位原因。沖水點(diǎn)方位和沖刷方向不正確的話，也或者是沖水壓力過(guò)低，導(dǎo)致水在進(jìn)入主機(jī)內(nèi)部后，不能將暫時(shí)粘結(jié)在軸上的混凝土沖刷掉，則時(shí)刻久了就簡(jiǎn)單構(gòu)成抱軸。

2.可能是質(zhì)料投料方位問(wèn)題。拌和混凝土所用的物料主要是砂石骨料、水泥、粉煤灰、水和外加劑等。質(zhì)料水泥若包裹砂石遇水結(jié)塊，假如拌和不充沛就簡(jiǎn)單粘在拌和軸上，若水泥進(jìn)料口方位方向不合理，使拌和軸不能快速充沛拌和，就簡(jiǎn)單構(gòu)成抱軸現(xiàn)象。

2. It may be the material feeding direction. The materials used for mixing concrete are mainly sand and gravel aggregate, cement, fly ash, water and admixtures. If the wrapped sand and gravel of the material cement agglomerates with water, if the mixing is not sufficient, it will simply stick to the mixing shaft. If the orientation direction of the cement feed inlet is unreasonable, so that the mixing shaft can not be mixed quickly and sufficiently, it will simply form the phenomenon of shaft holding.

3.在結(jié)束作業(yè)之后沒(méi)有及時(shí)對(duì)拌和機(jī)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行清洗，或清洗不干凈，導(dǎo)致拌和軸外表仍有殘留的混凝土，枯燥后凝固在拌和軸上，假如長(zhǎng)期如此則十分簡(jiǎn)單發(fā)生抱軸現(xiàn)象。

3.
