Regular maintenance is the basic guarantee for the safe operation and prolongation of service life of self loading mixer. The main purpose of routine maintenance is to find all kinds of faults and potential defects of the mixer in time, and then carry out effective maintenance, so as to avoid small problems from turning into big problems. As far as the self loading mixer truck is concerned, its daily maintenance mainly includes engine coolant level, battery inspection, brake level inspection, tire inspection, clutch master cylinder level inspection, etc. the key points of each part are briefly summarized below.

發(fā)動機冷卻液液面檢查：

Engine coolant level check:

自上料攪拌車發(fā)動機在熱機狀態(tài)時，千萬不要打開散熱器蓋，否則可能會被濺出的冷卻液或高溫蒸氣燙傷。等發(fā)動機冷卻后，檢查冷卻液的液面應(yīng)處于滿位和低位之間，否則應(yīng)加蒸餾水或純凈水或冷凍液，加水后的液面高度不能超過滿位。如發(fā)現(xiàn)短時間內(nèi)冷卻液減少的很快，應(yīng)檢查冷卻系統(tǒng)是否有泄漏或到維修站去檢查。

After the engine is cooled, check that the liquid level of the coolant should be between the full level and the low level, otherwise distilled water or purified water or refrigerant should be added, and the liquid level after adding water should not exceed the full level. 蓄電池的保養(yǎng)檢查：

Maintenance and inspection of battery:

檢查蓄電池固定是否牢固，電解液應(yīng)在上限和下限之間，接近下線時應(yīng)及時補加電解液或蒸餾水高位線。保持蓄電池正負(fù)電纜接觸良好，并保持蓄電池清潔干燥。放置時間較長的自上料攪拌車要摘下蓄電池的正負(fù)極電纜，相隔半個月左右重新接線起動發(fā)動機約20分鐘后，如果電量明顯不足要及時充電。

Check whether the battery is firmly fixed, and the electrolyte shall be between the upper limit and the lower limit. When it is close to the offline, add electrolyte or distilled water to the high level line in time. Keep the positive and negative cables of the battery in good contact, and keep the battery clean and dry. For the self loading mixer truck placed for a long time, the positive and negative cables of the battery shall be removed, and the wiring shall be re connected at an interval of about half a month. After starting the engine for about 20 minutes, if the power is obviously insufficient, it shall be charged in time.

制動液面的檢查：

Inspection of brake fluid level:

制動也在高、低位之間則表示正常。如果自上料攪拌車制動液接近下限或低于下限則，表示系統(tǒng)中可能有泄漏或制動蹄片磨損過多，應(yīng)及時到維修站進(jìn)行檢修。補加制動液時，要注意加同一種型號的制動液，防止損壞皮碗，注意保護好油漆防止腐蝕漆面。

If the braking is also between high and low, it means normal. If the brake fluid of the self loading mixer truck is close to or lower than the lower limit, it indicates that there may be leakage in the system or excessive wear of the brake shoe, and it shall be repaired in the maintenance station in time. When adding brake fluid, pay attention to adding brake fluid of the same model to prevent damage to the leather cup, and pay attention to protect the paint to prevent corrosion of the paint surface.

輪胎的檢查：

Tire inspection:

每月應(yīng)在常溫下檢查一下輪胎氣壓，如果低于正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)及時補充輪胎氣壓。氣壓不能過高或過低，否則影響自上料攪拌車駕駛的性。檢查輪胎的龜裂情況，存在隱患時應(yīng)及時更換輪胎。選用輪胎時，應(yīng)使之型號一致。

Check the tire pressure at normal temperature every month. If it is lower than the normal standard, supplement the tire pressure in time. The air pressure shall not be too high or too low, otherwise it will affect the driving safety of the self loading mixer. Check the cracking of the tire. If there are potential safety hazards, replace the tire in time. When selecting tires, the models shall be consistent.

離合器總泵液面的檢查：

Check the fluid level of clutch master cylinder:

離合器液面介于高、低液面間則表示正常，如果低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線，則可能是總泵或分泵皮碗損壞。在發(fā)動機運行狀態(tài)下將出現(xiàn)掛檔難或無法掛檔的現(xiàn)象，請即時到就近的維修站檢修。

If the clutch fluid level is between high and low, it means normal. If it is lower than the standard line, the master cylinder or slave cylinder cup may be damaged. It will be difficult or impossible to shift when the engine is running. Please go to the nearest maintenance station for maintenance immediately.
