將電控箱操作面板上的行車開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換泵送位置，啟動底盤發(fā)動機，將底盤檔位掛到6檔，同時檢查攪拌機電箱、支腿與臂架轉(zhuǎn)換位置、主電控箱、泵車無線遙控器和攪拌機有線遙控的急停開關(guān)是否有打開。

Switch the traveling switch on the operation panel of the electric control box to the pumping position, start the chassis engine, shift the chassis gear to gear 6, and check whether the emergency stop switches of the agitator box, outrigger and boom switch positions, the main electric control box, the wireless remote control of the pump truck and the wired remote control of the mixer are turned on.

將臂架支腿轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)切換到支腿位置，依次將六條泵機支腿展開。注意將支腿下方墊木方，這樣是用支承板或輔助方木來增大支承表面積，從而保持整車的平衡。

Switch the boom outrigger change-over switch to the outrigger position, and unfold the six pump outriggers in turn. Pay attention to cushion the wooden square under the outrigger. 4、伸展臂架

將臂架支腿轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)切換到臂架位置，將大臂伸開。

5、支撐攪拌機

拔出攪拌機定位銷，將攪拌機推動到工作位置，插好定位銷。放下上料斗上下滑道，連接好固定螺栓。

6、啟動發(fā)電機

10、收車

將攪拌一體車收到行車狀態(tài)，插好定位銷，依次收好臂架和支腿，將底盤檔位撥空擋，將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)切換行車狀態(tài)。
