1、隨車帶上減水劑：減水劑是一種在維持混凝土坍落度不變的條件下，能減少拌合用水量的混凝土外加劑，隨車攜帶，能對(duì)混凝土進(jìn)行很好的調(diào)節(jié)。

2、回廠檢查罐內(nèi)水量：每次出車任務(wù)完成回到站內(nèi)的時(shí)候，檢查儲(chǔ)水罐內(nèi)的水量，讓水罐中的水隨時(shí)處于滿罐的狀態(tài)，以備不時(shí)之需。

5、減少損失先卸料：如果遇到人為因素或者不可抗因素，導(dǎo)致長(zhǎng)時(shí)間無(wú)法卸料的情況，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)混凝土開始凝結(jié)，在報(bào)備負(fù)攪拌責(zé)自動(dòng)上料攪拌車防止粘罐的方法人之后立刻進(jìn)行卸料，以防整個(gè)罐體報(bào)廢。卸料前讓攪拌罐全速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一兩分鐘。讓混凝土充分?jǐn)嚢瑁匾獣r(shí)可以加一些水，讓混凝土攪拌得更均勻，也方便卸料。卸料不要大意和放料工打好關(guān)系。放料時(shí)盡量自己看著，免得放料工亂操作放料操作桿，每次罐子正反轉(zhuǎn)中間位子時(shí)盡量停一下，保護(hù)減速機(jī)，托輪等。與放料工打好關(guān)系，卸料時(shí)也不要睡的太熟，萬(wàn)一工人鬧情緒，把你車子放到工地不轉(zhuǎn)罐子，造成悶罐就麻煩了。

5. 6、攪拌罐一定要仔細(xì)地沖洗干凈。洗罐子時(shí)一定要仔細(xì)的沖洗干凈，并把水反復(fù)的正反轉(zhuǎn)兩次，再放出來(lái)，然后一趟時(shí)把水箱的水全部放進(jìn)罐子，再回到站加水清洗罐子。
