General operation or users who have used the concrete mixer all know some matters needing attention after the concrete mixer works. The operation according to the matters needing attention will make the mixer more handy. What should be paid attention to after the mixer works?

1、攪拌一體車停工后用水和石子倒入攪拌筒內(nèi)10-15分鐘進(jìn)行清洗，再將水和石子清出。操作人員如須進(jìn)入攪拌筒內(nèi)清洗時(shí)。除切斷電源和卸下熔斷器外，并須鎖好開關(guān)箱。

1. After the mixing truck stops, pour water and stones into the mixing drum for 10-15 minutes for cleaning, and then remove the water and stones. If the operator has to enter the mixing drum for cleaning. In addition to cutting off the power supply and removing the fuse, the switch box must be locked.

2檢查機(jī)械各部件（如馬達(dá)、鋼絲繩、軸承、剎車、離合器等），如有不正常現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行修理或更換。

3、攪拌一體車工作完畢后，應(yīng)將料斗落降到基坑中，如需升起則應(yīng)用鏈條扣牢，保證料斗落不下來(lái)。

3. After the mixer truck is finished, the hopper should be lowered into the foundation pit. If it needs to be raised, the chain should be used to fasten it to ensure that the hopper can not fall down.

4、嚴(yán)禁用大錘打的方法清 除積存在攪拌一體車筒內(nèi)的混凝土，只能用鑿子清 除。

4. It is strictly forbidden to remove the concrete accumulated in the drum of the mixer truck by hammering, but only by chisel.

5、攪拌一體車停車后應(yīng)將電門開關(guān)箱加鎖，并罩好電動(dòng)機(jī)。

6、攪拌一體車在嚴(yán)寒季節(jié)，工作完畢后應(yīng)用水清洗攪拌機(jī)滾筒并將水泵、水箱、水管內(nèi)積水放凈，以免凍壞。

6. In the severe cold season, the mixer drum should be cleaned with water after work, and the water in the water pump, water tank and water pipe should be drained to avoid freezing.

7、攪拌車進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)規(guī)程所規(guī)定項(xiàng)目的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)作業(yè)，如清洗、潤(rùn)滑、加油等。
