1.在自動(dòng)攪拌車生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中如出現(xiàn)中間過(guò)度倉(cāng)不往攪拌機(jī)內(nèi)卸料，就應(yīng)該檢查粉灰秤、水泥秤、外加劑秤、水秤是否已經(jīng)稱量到位，中間過(guò)度倉(cāng)的限位開(kāi)關(guān)是否檢測(cè)到位，攪拌站攪拌主機(jī)卸料門(mén)是否關(guān)門(mén)到位。

1. In the production process of automatic mixer truck, if the intermediate transition bin does not unload into the mixer, check whether the powder ash scale, cement scale, admixture scale and water scale have been weighed in place, whether the limit switch of the intermediate transition bin is detected in place, and whether the unloading door of the mixing host of the mixing plant is closed in place.

2.檢查自動(dòng)攪拌車攪拌主機(jī)內(nèi)有沒(méi)有料，如果還沒(méi)卸料，攪拌時(shí)間到可以按下卸料門(mén)按鈕，行卸料。

3.混凝土攪拌站皮帶延時(shí)未到設(shè)定值亦不投料；料門(mén)被卡住打不開(kāi)，開(kāi)門(mén)氣缸感應(yīng)器沒(méi)有檢測(cè)到位或失靈，氣缸串氣，密封件損壞，開(kāi)門(mén)機(jī)構(gòu)不夠靈活，氣壓不夠，氣缸失靈等原因也應(yīng)該還加以考慮。

4.攪拌站中間過(guò)度倉(cāng)打開(kāi)后再關(guān)上的時(shí)候無(wú)法檢測(cè)到關(guān)門(mén)信號(hào)，應(yīng)該先用攪拌站手動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)試，如果還不行就應(yīng)該檢查限位開(kāi)關(guān)以及線路時(shí)好時(shí)壞、是否異味松脫、門(mén)板上是否有集料粘在上面，或開(kāi)門(mén)機(jī)構(gòu)的調(diào)節(jié)螺栓是否松動(dòng)，沒(méi)有調(diào)節(jié)到位。

4. If the door closing signal cannot be detected when the intermediate transition bin of the mixing plant is opened and then closed, the manual door opening and closing switch of the mixing plant should be used first. If not, check the limit switch and whether the line is good or bad, whether the peculiar smell is loose, whether there is aggregate stuck on the door plate, or whether the adjusting bolt of the door opening mechanism is loose and not adjusted in place.

5.卸料門(mén)接近開(kāi)關(guān)沒(méi)有檢測(cè)到位或接近開(kāi)關(guān)損壞，重新調(diào)整位置或更換。
