攪拌筒是整個(gè)攪拌運(yùn)輸車的關(guān)鍵部件，作為存儲(chǔ)混凝土的容器，對(duì)防止其固化、離析起著決定性的作用。它由拌筒體、托輪等組成。

自動(dòng)攪拌車副車架是主要的承重部分，作業(yè)時(shí)的載荷幾乎都是通過它來支撐，加上在行使中由于路面的顛簸和加、減速形成的沖擊載荷，都對(duì)副車架的結(jié)構(gòu)提出很高的要求。

在行使過程中不可避免會(huì)遇到特殊情況而采取緊急制動(dòng)，由此所帶來的慣性力是非常大的，加上攪拌筒本身有一定的傾角，所以副車架前臺(tái)承受的載荷相對(duì)來說要大得多，而這一部分載荷主要加在聯(lián)接減速機(jī)與前支撐座的六個(gè)螺栓上，為防止螺栓發(fā)生被剪斷而釀成事故，在前支撐臺(tái)加裝止推擋塊，使螺栓不受到剪切力的影響，確保車輛運(yùn)行中的。
