一、自上料攪拌車出車前

1、檢查、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題排除故障

攪拌車害怕在路上罐子不轉(zhuǎn)，混凝土一般停罐不能超過2個(gè)小時(shí)，C40以上級(jí)別的混凝土在路上罐子就不能停。

車子啟動(dòng)后，先讓罐子低速旋轉(zhuǎn)，圍繞著車檢查輪胎氣壓，看是否有漏氣的胎，檢查是否有石子、鐵釘之類扎在胎里，及時(shí)清理干凈。

3、確認(rèn)攪拌罐處于停止?fàn)顟B(tài)

減速機(jī)齒輪油，液壓系統(tǒng)（馬達(dá)、油泵、散熱器）的油首次工作100小時(shí)更換，以后每1000小時(shí)更換（每年至少更換1次）。散熱器、傳動(dòng)軸、滾道、拖輪、主槽轉(zhuǎn)軸、操縱桿每月加注一次黃油。

1、裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)

車輛頭班運(yùn)行時(shí)盡可能先反轉(zhuǎn)，因大多是露天停放，罐里可能會(huì)有積水、樹葉等雜物，如不排出將影響混凝土質(zhì)量。

1、拐彎的時(shí)候一定要慢

1. You must be slow when you turn

攪拌車重心高，易側(cè)翻!入彎之前提前減速減擋，盡量別拐彎的時(shí)候踩剎車。隨時(shí)通過后視鏡注意觀察罐子是否在轉(zhuǎn)，把轉(zhuǎn)速盡量調(diào)慢，轉(zhuǎn)速過高，車輛容易擺動(dòng)。

The mixer has high center of gravity and easy to roll over! Before turning, slow down and reduce gear ahead of time. Try not to press the brake when turning. 3、上坡提前減檔

如果拉得滿的話，注意起步要平緩，上坡更要注意，不能亂減擋，提前減擋。同時(shí)，加快罐子的轉(zhuǎn)速，已免混凝土流出。

4、下坡切勿重車空擋滑行

長時(shí)間行駛或者下坡前都要掛入合適檔位行駛。切勿重車空擋滑行下坡。下坡拐彎時(shí)提前減速然后再減擋再減速，帶擋剎車效果好。

因工地道路簡易，路基松軟，靠近路邊行車容易導(dǎo)致車輛側(cè)翻。

2、提前下車查看倒車線路

因工地好多路面是挖掘機(jī)剛剛鋪的比較軟，車容易陷。用1檔起步(這時(shí)候可以把罐子停下，一檔大油門時(shí)罐子會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)得很快，車子會(huì)更不穩(wěn)定)，緩慢而勻速的行駛。倒車路線盡量直線，若要反復(fù)倒車時(shí)，方向盤不要打死或打太過，因?yàn)樵谒绍浡访嫒菀妆锵ɑ?，轟大油門倒出時(shí)，車速過快，容易撞到東西。

3、攪拌罐一定要仔細(xì)沖洗干凈
