自動上料攪拌車設計中占有極為重要地位的是產(chǎn)品的總體方案設計??傮w方案設計主要包括整機結構方案的制定、總體參數(shù)的選擇、攪拌筒(工作裝置)及其附屬裝置的設計、攪拌筒驅(qū)動動力和調(diào)速性能參數(shù)的確定、底盤選擇計算和制定改裝要求、輸送車工作穩(wěn)定性分析、其他輔助裝置的設計(液壓系統(tǒng)、操縱裝置、供水裝置)等。
