減壓閥的功能是通過壓力調(diào)節(jié)彈簧將較高的輸入壓力調(diào)節(jié)到規(guī)定的輸出壓力，并確保輸出壓力的平衡。一旦減壓閥的壓力調(diào)節(jié)彈簧損壞，變速箱將不能保證正常的輸出壓力。

The function of the pressure reducing valve is to adjust the higher input pressure to the specified output pressure through the pressure regulating spring, and ensure the balance of the output pressure. Once the pressure regulating spring of the pressure reducing valve is damaged, the transmission will not be able to guarantee the normal output pressure.

二、壓力調(diào)節(jié)器沒有適當(dāng)調(diào)整

壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥通過壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥芯控制變速器的輸出壓力。如果輸出壓力太小，變速箱油壓將太低。

The pressure regulating valve controls the output pressure of the transmission through the pressure regulating valve core. If the output pressure is too low, the transmission oil pressure will be too low.

三是管道油封嚴(yán)重漏油。

2. Make sure the hydraulic oil is clean. Since the working environment of the loading mixer is not good, it is necessary to prevent the dirty cement sand from entering the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be changed regularly according to the manual. Once it is found that water or sand mixed in the hydraulic oil, the hydraulic system must be stopped immediately and the hydraulic oil should be replaced.

3.確保液壓油冷卻裝置有效。定期清洗液壓油散熱器，避免散熱器被水泥堵住，檢查散熱器電風(fēng)扇是否正常運(yùn)行，防止液壓油溫度超標(biāo)。只要液壓部件確保液壓油清潔，通常幾乎沒有故障，但制造商具有不同的使用壽命。

3. Ensure that the hydraulic oil cooling device is effective. Clean the hydraulic oil radiator regularly to prevent the radiator from being blocked by cement, and check whether the radiator fan works normally to prevent the hydraulic oil temperature from exceeding the standard. As long as the hydraulic components ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean, there are usually few failures, but the manufacturers have different service lives.
