不要用水沖洗車(chē)身

內(nèi)部夏天到了,常見(jiàn)私家車(chē)主們一邊用水沖洗車(chē)身,一邊用抹布擦拭,在此要提醒攪拌車(chē)司機(jī)的是:車(chē)身內(nèi)部不要用水直接沖洗。因?yàn)轳{駛室內(nèi)地板膠墊的下面可不是“一馬平川”,結(jié)構(gòu)上的需要使駕駛室地板膠墊下面的凹槽、通孔非常多。用水沖洗后,要么沉積在凹槽內(nèi)不易干燥,要么從通孔處流到自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)變速箱等部件上產(chǎn)生銹蝕。尤其是密封性能較好的自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)更不能用水直接沖洗車(chē)身內(nèi)部。正確的方法是用濕抹布擦拭,但要避免積水。

不同品牌的冷 卻液不要混合使用

誰(shuí)都知道自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷 卻液不足時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)添加,但司機(jī)是否把不同品牌的冷 卻液溫在一起使用了呢?如果是,勸司機(jī)還是趁早把冷 卻液放掉,重新添加同一品牌的冷 卻液。因?yàn)椴煌放频睦?卻液其化學(xué)性能可能相差懸殊,比如對(duì)黑色金屬有 用的防腐劑,卻常常對(duì)自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)鋁制品有腐蝕作用;而適用于鋁臺(tái)金的防腐劑則對(duì)鐵合金有害。由于不同品牌的冷 卻液所用的防腐劑不同,所以不能混合使用。

啟動(dòng)自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)前踩幾腳油門(mén),是許多駕駛員的習(xí)慣,尤其是在冬季冷車(chē)啟動(dòng)時(shí)。但這種啟動(dòng)方法卻不適用于電噴轎車(chē)。裝有電控噴油裝置的自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與普通化油器式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不同,它的噴油控制裝置能根據(jù)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的溫度、工況自動(dòng)調(diào)整供油量,使自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)順利啟動(dòng),即在冷車(chē)啟動(dòng)時(shí),噴油控制裝置能自動(dòng)增加供油量。所以,自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí),沒(méi)有必要踩油門(mén),更不要在啟動(dòng)前連續(xù)急踩,否則反而使自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)不好。
