The self loading mixer is used on construction site, and the model of this kind of truck is relatively large, so we must pay attention to the inspection before driving, just in case.

一、自上料攪拌車出車前注意檢查下面這幾點(diǎn)：

1、 Pay attention to the following points before the loading mixer goes out:

1、細(xì)心檢查及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)排除故障。

1. Check carefully, find and remove the fault in time.

千萬不能讓重車壞在路上，否則出現(xiàn)悶罐就麻煩了，混凝土一般停罐不能超過2個(gè)小時(shí)，C40往上級別的混凝土基本就不能停。點(diǎn)火之前先檢查機(jī)油、防凍液、潤滑油和冷卻水等，發(fā)現(xiàn)不足時(shí)，應(yīng)重新進(jìn)行添加。車子啟動(dòng)后，再讓罐子低速旋轉(zhuǎn)，圍繞著車檢查輪胎氣壓，是否有漏氣的胎，再用螺絲刀剔掉在胎縫里的石子，檢查是否有鐵釘之類扎在胎里!

Don't let heavy vehicles break down on the road, otherwise it will be troublesome to have a stuffy tank. Generally, the concrete tank can't be stopped for more than 2 hours, and the C40 concrete can't be stopped basically. Before ignition, check the engine oil, antifreeze, lubricating oil and cooling water, and add them again if insufficient. After the car starts, let the can rotate at a low speed, around the car to check the tire pressure, whether there is a leaking tire, and then use a screwdriver to remove the stones in the seam of the tire, and check whether there are iron nails stuck in the tire!

再檢查燈光，尤其是腰燈，務(wù)必保證照著輪胎邊緣，工地會經(jīng)常亂堆放鋼筋之類的東西，而胎側(cè)是薄弱的。用抹布擦干凈兩邊的后視鏡，窗戶玻璃，工地路況復(fù)雜，光線不好，視線一定要保證!

Check the lights, especially the waist lights, to make sure that they shine on the edge of the tire. The construction site will often pile up things like steel bars, and the sidewall is weak. Clean both sides of the rear-view mirror and window glass with a rag. The road condition of the construction site is complex and the light is not good. The line of sight must be guaranteed first!

2、保證水箱里有足夠的水，有減水劑，因各種原因料太干，沒有水添加放不出料的時(shí)候，減水劑就是救命稻草了。

2. Make sure that there is enough water in the water tank and there is water reducing agent. When the material is too dry for various reasons and there is no water to add and discharge, the water reducing agent is life-saving straw.

3、確認(rèn)攪拌罐處于停止?fàn)顟B(tài)，因?yàn)榘l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)萬一罐子處于高速旋轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)，瞬間的力會很大的，傷減速機(jī)。

3. Confirm that the mixing tank is in the stop state, because if the tank is in the high-speed rotating state when the engine starts, the instantaneous force will be great, and the reducer will be damaged.

4、無論是將手柄從攪拌到排放還是從排放到攪拌，都應(yīng)使其停止在停止位置，然后撥到下一個(gè)操作位置。

二、自上料攪拌車在裝料時(shí)要注意的事情如下：

1、裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，特別車輛是露天停放，有下雨，要先把罐里的積水可能的樹葉之類的雜物排出，以免影響混凝土質(zhì)量。

2、裝完料要記得沖洗進(jìn)料斗，洗完后要關(guān)掉水箱進(jìn)氣口，打開水箱排氣口排掉氣體，因?yàn)闅鈮合?，水管連接不好的地方，容易滲水，影響其他車輛的安 全。再次檢查輪胎的石子鐵釘，因?yàn)橥＼嚂r(shí)輪胎與地面接觸的地方是檢查不到的。

2. After loading, remember to flush the feed hopper. After washing, turn off the air inlet of the water tank and open the air outlet of the water tank to drain the gas, because under the pressure, the water pipe is not well connected, which is easy to seep, affecting the safety of other vehicles. Check the stones and iron nails of the tire again, because the contact between the tire and the ground can't be detected when parking.

我們使用自上料攪拌車的時(shí)候一定要仔細(xì)檢查各處，如果自上料攪拌車出現(xiàn)狀況不能工作了，就會使施工效率降低，影響施工工期。
