磨合

這是延長使用壽命的基礎(chǔ)，無論是新車還是大修后的發(fā)動機(jī)，都須按規(guī)程進(jìn)行磨合后，方能投入正常作業(yè)。

油凈、水凈、氣凈和機(jī)體凈

柴油是發(fā)動機(jī)的主燃料，若柴油不純凈，會使精細(xì)的配合機(jī)體磨損，配合間隙增大，造成漏油，滴油，供油壓力降低，間隙變大，甚造成油路堵塞，抱軸燒瓦等嚴(yán)重故障。若空氣中含有大量塵土，將會加速缸套、活塞和活塞環(huán)的磨損。若冷卻水不純凈，會使冷卻系水垢堵塞后，妨礙發(fā)動機(jī)散熱，潤滑條件也差，機(jī)體磨損嚴(yán)重。若機(jī)體外表不凈，會使表面受到腐蝕，縮短使用壽命。

Diesel oil is the main fuel of the engine. If the diesel oil is not pure, it will wear the fine mating body, increase the mating clearance, cause oil leakage, oil dripping, oil supply pressure reduction, and increase the clearance, and even cause serious failures such as oil circuit blockage, shaft holding and bush burning. If there is a lot of dust in the air, the wear of cylinder liner, piston and piston ring will be accelerated. If the cooling water is not pure, it will block the cooling system scale, hinder the engine heat dissipation, have poor lubrication conditions, and wear the engine body seriously. If the body surface is not clean, the surface will be corroded and the service life will be shortened.

柴油和空氣供應(yīng)不及時或中斷，就會出現(xiàn)起動困難，燃燒不良，功率下降，發(fā)動機(jī)不能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)等現(xiàn)象。若機(jī)油供應(yīng)不足或中斷，會使發(fā)動機(jī)潤滑不良，機(jī)體磨損嚴(yán)重甚出現(xiàn)燒瓦現(xiàn)象。若冷卻水不足就會使機(jī)溫過高，功率下降，磨損加劇，降低使用壽命。

檢查調(diào)整

柴油機(jī)的氣門間隙、配氣相位、供油提前角、噴油壓力以及點火正時等都應(yīng)及時檢查并調(diào)整，以保證發(fā)動機(jī)經(jīng)常處于良好的技術(shù)狀態(tài)，方能節(jié)省燃油，延長使用壽命。

The valve clearance, valve timing, fuel supply advance angle, fuel injection pressure and ignition timing of the diesel engine shall be checked and adjusted in time to ensure that the engine is always in good technical condition, so as to save fuel and prolong its service life.
