High temperature environment has great harm to self loading mixer. How to avoid high temperature hazard of self loading mixer? The author summarizes the following points:

1、防止發(fā)動機機體過熱：由于環(huán)境溫度比較高，因此發(fā)動機容易過熱，要加強對發(fā)動機冷卻系統(tǒng)的檢查、保養(yǎng)，這包括水箱、節(jié)溫器、水泵、風扇等部件的檢查，并且要注意及時加注冷卻水。當水溫超過100℃時，應在陰涼處停車降溫，讓發(fā)動機怠速運轉，并掀開發(fā)動機罩幫助散熱。

1. Prevent the engine body from overheating: due to the high ambient temperature, the engine is easy to overheat. It is necessary to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the engine cooling system, including the inspection of water tank, thermostat, water pump, fan and other components, and pay attention to timely filling of cooling water. When the water temperature exceeds 100 ℃, stop in the shade to cool down, let the engine idle, and lift the hood to help heat dissipation.

2、防止車漆受損：車漆經(jīng)過強烈的陽光曝曬，會發(fā)舊、起皺，而普通的美容打蠟雖然可以起到一定的防曬效果，但由于任何車蠟都含有矽的成分，久經(jīng)紫外線照射會銹蝕車漆，留下點點黑斑。車蠟本身起不到增強硬度、抗紫外線的作用，反而會因溫度過高而很快流失，停車時要注意盡量把車停放在陰涼處。

2. To prevent paint damage: the car paint will be old and wrinkled after strong sunlight exposure. Although the ordinary beauty waxing can play a certain sun protection effect, any car wax contains silicon components, which will rust the paint and leave a little black spots after UV irradiation. Car wax itself can not enhance the hardness and anti ultraviolet effect, but it will lose quickly due to high temperature. When parking, you should pay attention to park the car in a cool place as far as possible.

3、防止車胎爆裂：氣溫高所以比較容易爆胎，溫度過高時很容易使輪胎變形，抗拉力下降。而作為輪胎本身，氣壓不標準、輪胎老化、性能減弱，或者在行駛過程中輪胎軋到了堅硬的金屬或其他硬物等情況，都會導致汽車突然間爆胎。

3. Prevent tire burst: the temperature is high, so it is easy to burst. When the temperature is too high, it is easy to deform the tire and reduce the tensile strength. As a tire itself, nonstandard air pressure, tire aging, performance degradation, or when the tire is rolled to hard metal or other hard objects in the process of driving, it will lead to sudden tire burst.

4、防止剎車制動失靈：制動液在高溫環(huán)境中更容易蒸發(fā)汽化，在制動管路中形成氣阻，制動蹄片也容易燒蝕，造成制動失靈。所以要經(jīng)常檢查調整制動系統(tǒng)，下長坡途中應注意停車晾剎，保證制動性能良好。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)制動轂發(fā)燙，應停車降溫，但不可澆潑冷水，以防制動轂破裂。

4. Prevent brake failure: the brake fluid is easier to evaporate and vaporize in the high temperature environment, forming air resistance in the brake pipeline, and the brake shoe is easy to be ablated, resulting in brake failure. Therefore, it is necessary to check and adjust the braking system frequently. On the way down the long slope, attention should be paid to parking and air braking to ensure good braking performance. If it is found that the brake hub is hot, stop to cool down, but do not pour cold water to prevent the brake hub from breaking.
