自動上料攪拌車在露天停放時(shí)，裝料前應(yīng)將攪拌筒回轉(zhuǎn)，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質(zhì)量。在運(yùn)送混凝土?xí)r，要保證滑斗放置結(jié)實(shí)，防止因松動形成搖擺，在跋涉中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。出料結(jié)束，應(yīng)立即用隨車的軟管放水將進(jìn)料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，再向攪拌筒內(nèi)灌150-200L的清水，讓攪拌筒慢速滾動，以清洗內(nèi)壁。
