混凝土攪拌機(jī)的挑選主要有3種,即按工程量和工期請求挑選、按規(guī)劃的混凝土品種挑選、按混凝土的構(gòu)成特性和稠度方面挑選。
There are three kinds of concrete mixer selection, that is, according to the requirements of engineering quantity and construction period, according to the planned concrete varieties, according to the composition characteristics and consistency of concrete.
1、按工程量和工期請求挑選:混凝土項(xiàng)目量大且工期長時(shí),宜選用中型或大型固定式混凝土拌和機(jī)或拌和站。如混凝土項(xiàng)目量小且工期短時(shí),宜選用中小型移動(dòng)式拌和機(jī)。
1. Select according to the requirements of engineering quantity and construction period: medium or large fixed concrete mixer or mixing station should be selected when the quantity of concrete project is large and the construction period is long. If the quantity of concrete project is small and the construction period is short, small and medium-sized mobile mixer should be selected.
2、按規(guī)劃的混凝土品種挑選:拌和混凝土為塑性或半塑式時(shí),宜選用自落式拌和機(jī)。如拌和混凝土為高強(qiáng)度、干硬性或?yàn)檩p質(zhì)混凝土?xí)r,宜選用強(qiáng)制式拌和機(jī)。
2. Select according to the planned concrete varieties: when the mixing concrete is plastic or semi plastic, the self falling mixer should be selected. If the mixing concrete is high strength, dry and hard or light concrete, the forced mixer should be selected.
3、按混凝土的構(gòu)成特性和稠度方面挑選:如拌和混凝土稠度小且骨料粒度大時(shí),宜選用容量較大的自落式拌和機(jī)。如拌和稠度大而骨料粒度大的混凝土?xí)r,宜選用拌和筒轉(zhuǎn)速較快的自落式拌和機(jī)。如稠度大而骨料粒度小時(shí),宜選用強(qiáng)制式拌和機(jī)或中、小容量的錐形反轉(zhuǎn)出料的拌和機(jī)。
3. Select according to the composition characteristics and consistency of concrete: if the consistency of mixing concrete is small and the particle size of aggregate is large, the self falling mixer with larger capacity should be selected. For example, when mixing the concrete with large consistency and large aggregate size, the self falling mixer with faster mixing drum speed should be selected. If the consistency is large and the particle size of aggregate is small, the forced mixer or the medium and small capacity mixer with conical reverse discharge should be selected.
