There are a lot of drivers who drive the automatic feeding mixer. They will check the vehicle before driving. This is a very good habit. We should do three inspections before driving. Which are the three?

(1)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)預(yù)熱時(shí)的檢查部位：檢查油泵有無(wú)異常聲音；檢查液壓馬達(dá)有無(wú)異常聲音；檢查減速器有無(wú)異常聲音；檢查水泵是否正常轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)；檢查攪拌筒的進(jìn)料回轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，能否進(jìn)行正常的工作回轉(zhuǎn)。

(1) Inspection parts during engine preheating: check whether the oil pump has abnormal sound; check whether the hydraulic motor has abnormal sound; check whether the reducer has abnormal sound; check whether the water pump rotates normally; check whether the feeding rotation of the mixing drum is normal and whether the normal working rotation can be carried out.

(2)檢查輔助卸料槽的鎖扣、卸料槽的鎖柄、防轉(zhuǎn)手柄是否鎖緊。

(2) Check whether the lock catch of auxiliary discharge chute, lock handle of discharge chute and anti rotation handle are locked.

(3)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)預(yù)熱前的檢查：檢查液壓油的存儲(chǔ)量。(檢查油位的存儲(chǔ)器)；檢查減速器的潤(rùn)滑油有無(wú)泄露；檢查液壓系統(tǒng)的液壓油有無(wú)泄露，各接頭部位是否有滲漏現(xiàn)象；檢查操縱裝置的操縱手柄是否置于停止位置；檢查各連接緊固件不能有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。

(3) Check before engine preheating: check the storage of hydraulic oil. (check the oil level memory); check whether the lubricating oil of the reducer leaks; check whether the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system leaks and whether there is leakage at the joints; check whether the control handle of the control device is at the stop position; check that the connecting fasteners are not loose.

一、建議在油溫為60℃左右放油;每次換油完畢，需檢查連接螺栓的緊固情況;檢查結(jié)束，需要用扭矩扳手重新緊固一下所有與變速箱連接的螺栓;每月需檢查一次油位。注意：分體減速機(jī)匹配的泵、馬達(dá)中的油品為46號(hào)抗磨液壓油。

1、 It is recommended to drain the oil at the oil temperature of about 60 ℃; after each oil change, check the fastening condition of the connecting bolts; after the inspection, re tighten all the bolts connected with the gearbox with a torque wrench; check the oil level once a month. 二、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速不允許過(guò)高，轉(zhuǎn)速由慢到快應(yīng)慢慢增加，啟動(dòng)前2min攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速不宜超過(guò)18r/min，對(duì)帶水泵取力口的減速機(jī)初次運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)速不宜超過(guò)15r/min，因?yàn)榘l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速過(guò)高會(huì)損壞變速箱。

2、 The engine speed is not allowed to be too high, and the speed should be increased slowly from slow to fast. The speed of mixing drum should not exceed 18r / min 2 minutes before starting. The speed of reducer with water pump power take-off should not exceed 15R / min for the first time, because too high engine speed will damage the gearbox.

三、按不同的使用期限，應(yīng)對(duì)減速機(jī)做以下例行保養(yǎng)：

變量泵、馬達(dá)換油：第一次換油時(shí)間為新車首次使用500個(gè)工作小時(shí)，同時(shí)更換原裝專用濾油器;第二次換油時(shí)間為車輛再次工作2000個(gè)工作小時(shí)后，同時(shí)更換專用濾油器;以后為每2000個(gè)工作小時(shí)或一年，只要滿一年不管工作了多少個(gè)小時(shí)，必須換油，同時(shí)更換專用濾油器;換油時(shí)系統(tǒng)管路切勿打開(kāi)，只需將油箱的油放干凈，同時(shí)也可以打開(kāi)泵、馬達(dá)殼體泄油口放油，然后將新的油品倒入油箱中，加油時(shí)要注意排空系統(tǒng)中的空氣;不同品牌的油嚴(yán)禁混用。
