二、水箱的水量要經(jīng)常加滿，以備急用。水箱加水前，必要翻開放氣閥把箱內(nèi)空氣放掉；沖刷時(shí)翻開氣閥，沖刷結(jié)束或許停用時(shí)應(yīng)將水罐內(nèi)氣體放掉。冬季停放時(shí)，水箱和供水系統(tǒng)里，不得有剩下水，防止凍裂。注意： 水箱僅在供水時(shí)加壓,不要帶著加壓水箱在公路上跋涉。

2、 The water tank shall be filled frequently for emergency use. Before adding water to the water tank, it is necessary to turn over the air valve to drain the air in the tank; Turn over the air valve when flushing, and discharge the air in the water tank when flushing is over or when it is out of service. When parking in winter, there shall be no water left in the water tank and water supply system to prevent frost cracking. Note: The water tank is pressurized only when supplying water. Do not travel on the road with the pressurized water tank.

三、在混凝土運(yùn)送過程中罐體制止停轉(zhuǎn)，防止構(gòu)成混凝土的凝集，停轉(zhuǎn)重啟時(shí)會(huì)構(gòu)成對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)、減速機(jī)的沖擊，致使液壓泵和馬達(dá)的損壞。

3、 During concrete transportation, the tank body shall be stopped to prevent concrete condensation. Stopping and restarting will impact the hydraulic system and reducer, causing damage to the hydraulic pump and motor.

四、自動(dòng)攪拌車滿載混凝土正轉(zhuǎn)，如要反轉(zhuǎn)，有必要操作手柄使正轉(zhuǎn)停穩(wěn)后，再操作手柄反轉(zhuǎn)。制止正轉(zhuǎn)過程中操作手柄使其反轉(zhuǎn)。

4、 The automatic mixer truck is fully loaded with concrete and rotates forward. If it needs to reverse, it is necessary to operate the handle to make the forward rotation stop stably, and then operate the handle to reverse. Stop the operating handle from reversing during forward rotation.

五、卸料時(shí)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)水分蒸發(fā)，塌落度偏低不能滿足用戶請(qǐng)求時(shí)，可適當(dāng)向筒內(nèi)加水，然后以10—14r/min的速度旋轉(zhuǎn)30轉(zhuǎn)后卸料，使混凝土充沛攪拌。攪拌車在空載工作過程中，攪拌筒不得停轉(zhuǎn)防止動(dòng)搖時(shí)構(gòu)成滾道和托輪有些磕碰，致使托輪和滾道的失常損壞。

5、 During unloading, if water evaporation is found and the slump is too low to meet the user's requirements, water can be properly added into the cylinder, and then the cylinder can be rotated at a speed of 10-14r/min for 30 revolutions before unloading to fully mix the concrete. During the no-load operation of the mixer truck, the mixing drum shall not stop to prevent the roller and supporting wheel from bumping when it shakes, which may cause the abnormal damage of the supporting wheel and the roller.

六、在公路上行進(jìn)時(shí)，加長(zhǎng)溜槽有必要放置在卸料溜槽支架上并用掛鉤掛牢，不允許掛在主排料溜槽上工作；主排料溜槽要旋轉(zhuǎn)到固定方位，拉下定位手柄，用鎖緊手柄將彈簧變幅組織鎖止，防止因?yàn)椴还潭ǘ鴵u晃，構(gòu)成傷人事端和影響其它車輛工作能。

6、 When traveling on the highway, it is necessary to place the lengthened chute on the discharge chute support and hang it firmly with hooks.
