一、自動攪拌車的汽車部分應執(zhí)行汽車一般安全技術(shù)要求的規(guī)定。
1、 The vehicle part of the automatic mixer shall comply with the general safety technical requirements for vehicles.
二、自動攪拌車的燃油、液壓油、潤滑油、制動液、冷卻水等應添加充足，質(zhì)量應符合要求。
2、 The fuel, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, brake fluid, cooling water, etc. of the automatic mixer shall be added sufficiently, and the quality shall meet the requirements.
三、攪拌筒和滑槽的外觀應無裂痕或損傷；滑槽止動器應無松馳和損壞；攪拌筒機架緩沖件應無裂痕或損傷；攪拌葉片磨損應正常。
3、 The appearance of mixing drum and chute shall be free of cracks or damage; The chute stopper shall be free from looseness and damage; The buffer parts of the mixing drum frame shall be free of cracks or damage; The mixing blade shall be worn normally.
四、應檢查動力輸出裝置并確認無螺栓松動及軸承漏油等現(xiàn)象。

五、啟動內(nèi)燃機應進行預熱運轉(zhuǎn)，各儀表指示值正常，制定氣壓達到規(guī)定值，并應低速旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌筒3~5min，確認一切正常后，方可裝料。
5、 When starting the internal combustion engine, the engine shall be preheated. The indicated value of each instrument shall be normal. The specified air pressure shall reach the specified value. The mixing drum shall be rotated at a low speed for 3~5min. After confirming that everything is normal, the material can be loaded.
六、攪拌運輸時，混凝土的裝載量不得超過額定容量。
6、 During mixing and transportation, the loading capacity of concrete shall not exceed the rated capacity.
七、自動攪拌車裝料前，應先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，使筒內(nèi)的積水和雜物排盡。
7、 Before the automatic mixer truck is loaded, the mixing drum shall be reversed to drain the accumulated water and sundries in the drum.
八、裝料時，應將操縱桿放在“裝料”位置，并調(diào)節(jié)攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速，使進料順利。
8、 When loading, place the control lever at the "Loading" position and adjust the rotation speed of the mixing drum to ensure smooth feeding.
九、運輸前，排料槽應鎖止在“行駛”位置，不得自由擺動。
9、 Before transportation, the discharge chute shall be locked in the "driving" position and shall not swing freely.
十、運輸中，攪拌筒應低速旋轉(zhuǎn)，但不得停轉(zhuǎn)。運送混凝土的時間不得超過規(guī)定的時間。
10、 During transportation, the mixing drum shall rotate at a low speed, but shall not stop. The time for transporting concrete shall not exceed the specified time.
十一、攪拌筒由正轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉崔D(zhuǎn)時，應先將操縱手柄放在中間位置，待攪拌筒停轉(zhuǎn)后，再將操縱桿手柄放至反轉(zhuǎn)位置。
11、 When the mixing drum changes from positive to reverse, the operating handle shall be placed in the middle position first, and then the operating lever handle shall be placed in the reverse position after the mixing drum stops rotating.
十二、行駛在不平路面或轉(zhuǎn)彎處應降低車速至15km/h及以下，并暫停攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)。通過門橋、洞等設(shè)施時，不得超過其限制高度及寬度。
12、 The speed shall be reduced to 15km/h or less when driving on uneven roads or at corners, and the mixing rotation shall be suspended. When passing through the gate bridge, hole and other facilities, the height and width shall not exceed the limit.
十三、攪拌裝置連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)時間不宜超過8h。
13、 The continuous operation time of the mixing device should not exceed 8h.
十四、水箱的水位應保持正常。冬季停車時，應將水箱和供水系統(tǒng)的積水放凈。
14、 The water level of the water tank shall be kept normal. When parking in winter, the accumulated water in the water tank and water supply system shall be drained.
十五、用于攪拌混凝土時，應在攪拌筒內(nèi)先加入總需水量2/3的水，然后再加入骨料和水泥按出廠說明書規(guī)定的轉(zhuǎn)速和時間進行攪拌。
15、 When mixing concrete, 2/3 of the total water demand shall be added into the mixing cylinder first, and then the aggregate and cement shall be added for mixing according to the speed and time specified in the factory instructions.
